"First of all, the flakes of magnesium chloride are absolutely beautiful but use them anyway. I have had much relief from my regular aches & pains by doing two things. One is I soak in a hot tub w/ 3 cups of the flakes for at least 30 minutes before bed. I also made magnesium chloride oil w/ them and spray it all over my body twice per day.
